Ambassador Agur R. Omalir, anonymous name Secret Founder O, is an Alternate UUniversal Pithite from Planet Peerbon. He was one of the many founders and lesser-known prime leaders of the Villains Act. He was formerly an ambassador for Peerbon and it's residents who secretly did dealings with the empire that would eventually become the Villains Act, and thanks to his support, they gained immunity of the law before anyone could discover it, and he was made the ambassador of the Villains Act, which dominated the planet entirely. Omalir was since the target of several rebellion assassination attempts that were all stopped by the Starbots. Eventually, during the fall of the Villains Act, he was sent to Oranos, where he has stayed ever since. Because of it, he never got to be among one of the villains to be known by the Lodgers, only by the Oranos guardians and the criminal records, disabling him to be among the many villains struggling to reestablish a new Villains Act order....
