Rade B. Knitter is an Alternate UUniversal Hydrocabiais from Planet Carbungia. She is the sister of Xandy's father, and since his death in the hands of Xerxes XX, she's been taking care of Xandy with her husband, Uncle Splinter. When Xandy grew up and started living on her own in secrecy, Knitter was a bit unhappy that she had to leave. But regardless, Xandy does see her and Splinter on a few occasions.
