The Black Mambians are a tribe of armed snakes that are one of the many Snake Tribes that lived during the First Cartoonian War. These snake beings are black rattlesnake-like beings with red anaconda-like spots. And they are also all-female because they are Amazon-like warriors who are biased to anything of the opposite gender. Thus in order to reproduce, they magically altered their bodies to become semi-asexual, able to automatically give birth to genetically-different babies when needed. They were once the main creators of their own world Juju, until they were exiled off the planet by it's inhabitants, and exiled from their home planet of Skabbis by the High Council, along with their leader, Alexmamba. They have since been exiled to the Olympus Coliseum, where they vowed to reassemble the separated Snake Tribes and complete their plans to awaken The Great Eater.

The Black Mambians are all-female beings who have the rough skin of a rattlesnake, the coloration of a Black Mamba, and the red spots of an anaconda. They are very quick running creatures who can accelerate 3 times faster than an average human. Their venom is also the same as a Black Mamba, containing dendrotoxins and cardiotoxins that can cause death within 7-15 hours.
