The Galactic Federation is an alien government that is basically the High Council's way of looking over alien races since there are so many to keep track of. Under the authority of the Grand Councilwoman and several others, it is usually a strict rules government that usually sticks to law enforcement well, and maybe a little too much. Though it is still a great government body for the UUniverses.
