Genocidests, or to make it basic, Genocidal Villains, are a step above your average Mass Murderer and a step below the Omnicidal Maniac; they seek to exterminate an entire race or species, and are often Xenophobic. They usually commit genocide to further their own race's (or species') power, fulfill some insidious political goal, or eradicate a particular race perceived to be practicing religious heresy. Or they could simply view another race as a threat. Genocide has long been considered a violation of not just international law but also basic morality, making those guilty of participating in such acts extremely difficult to redeem; (Though EXTREMELY rare exceptions can exist), in spite of this, some Genocidal Villains may be praised by intolerant or misguided individuals who may not be aware of how far the villain is willing to go in their quest to "cure," "cleanse," "purify" or "fix" the world. Genocidests don't nessersarly need to physically destroy the genoside-ee themselves or at all, and sometimes they would not sought to destroy a physical group but an idealogity or those that follow a certain abstract concept they deemed unlikeable at best, just as much they would convert them into something they deemed superior, or coherse others to do the violence for them so by proxy they can't face too havy of a punishment should things be resolved, as well as they would aim to destroy an idealogity in favor of their own. It doesn't matter if a Genocidest is going after something that has a controverseal standing and/or reputation or that if they deserved it in a sense, a Genocidest is still considered far from being better of what they sought to rid the worlds off.
