The Dark Dragon Scourge Imperials

After the Fall and capture of Emperor Fang, the Dark Dragon took the oppertunity to convert the Fang Empire into the Dark Dragon Scourge Empire, becoming "Scougre Imperials" as one nickname. However, in doing so, the villain leage has started to deem them as Turncoats cause of their willingness to turn their backs on an albeit incompident ruler, and Team Nefarious has some personal resentment for their former days of following Fang who wanted to snag them and the Universeal Boundery Great Generator.
