Chellian J. Helix is an Alternate UUniversal Rabodan from Planet Trecene. She is a female who has been through a tragic life involving friendship with Hues, which are the Rabodan term for Human-Rabodan hybrids. When she was only 15, being raised by a single father who worked for the HuesHue hybrid city, she was unfortunately able to gain an internship at one of the hybrid camps that, since this was before the sympathetic changes of Madame President Emeoyx, wasn't a very pleasant lifestyle for Hues as they were medically and clinically ruined through drugging in attempts to 'quell their genetic flaws', unaware that their drugs were doing it for them. Chell was so hurt, she gained friends in the form of 6 such Hues after rescuing them from though unrelated troubles of bullies. Unfortunately, some of the bullies turned out to be related to some of the Rabodan higher-ups that run HuesHue, causing her to get fired and be shunned by her own father (Who doesn't actselly hate her along with it as he was too much of a cowerd to be viewed as a disappoint to his unfair boss so he humors him to keep it like a gutless cowerd). However, by the time of the starting point of the Emeoyx presidentcy, The Extinctioners mysteriously desided to target Hues after many years of never priorly being a bother to them, though many assumed that it was a matter of time since Hues are tecnecally the closest anyone would see what a human BARELY looks like and that they're half of what the Extinctioners wanted to destroy anyway so no one really questions it too much. Her father was a lucky surviver, but was perimently crippled, and freed from the peer pressure of a likely desised employor since alot of Rabodan offictials were being slaugthered by the Extinctioners for "The Crimes of caring for Hybrids", he was free to like his daughter regaurdless of social opinion (Though not openly as a precaution). Though this came to the unfortunate downside that, cause HuesHue was destroyed, he's jobless, and being crippled doesn't garrintie great deal of work, so he had to be sent off planet for a better life, leaving her to have to start fending for herself, with a new found disfondness for the Extinctioners then alreadty. Years later, she got a job in the Rabodan Military as a medic who later befriended the first Hue she saw in years, Tether Ruther, whom she started training with the utmost respect and sympathy for his problems since she was easily sympathetic for his kind. Later on, the two fell in love, but Ruther said that they had to wait because, given his career, it would be dangerous. But later, when he was demoted from military work for defiance, even she couldn't stop him from deserting the military. She has since missed him and swore to search for him and help him, even if it means disobeying her superiors.
