Chenger Y. Mudrey is an Alternate UUniversal Mudrey from the Moon Zilossia. He is an amphibious fish that is a member of Captain Axxus' Crew who takes being 'bloodthirsty' in a literal sense. While he is a fearful martial arts fighter, he is still a fish and needs to be hydrated on a daily basis, therefore Axxus keeps pools of water on his ship. Despite being very intimidating, he's actually a nice and misunderstood guy who only turned to piracy to help a financially-troubled orphanage owned by his sister that Governor Foul Cheese is abusing for cash.
