Cortés
Hernán Cortés is the secondary villain from the movie The Road to El Dorado. In the movie, he is a merciless and ambitious leader of an expedition to find ancient South American empires and wanted to find the city of El Dorado to obtain its vast amounts of gold. Tzekel-Kan aided him after getting banished into the whirlpool. In known world history, he is a Spanish conquistador who lead an expedition that caused the fall of the Aztec Empire and brought large portions of mainland Mexico under the rule of the King of Castile in the late 16th century. In the UUniverses, he is also an expedition leader, but he is instead looking for the Digital World and attempted to conquer it to build an army of Digimon to help him conquer many worlds because he believed that having Digimon under his control would strike fear in the hearts of those who opposed him, and he would replace El Dorado as the biggest city ever. He was made this way because Scroopfan wanted to give Digimon a vast importance in the series. To this day, he has not succeeded in achieving this mission likely cause, like in the original movie, the only way to get it is long blocked. Cortés is unlikely to cause future problems for the Digital Realms because, as part of his predicted Spanish armada, he only acts on for the interest of Spanish conquering, which eliminates him as a future threat.
