Councilpony Wasca Whimsisco is one of the 7 Councilponies of the Equestrian Unicorn Council. She is very kind and gentle, but can be easily angered. But anger aside, she is a fair and loyal councilpony. She is the most famous of the councilponies for her vast array of magic knowledge. Far greater than even Celestia. She sometime uses this magic for show, and can sometimes be funny with it.
