Doctor Amelia M. Wheeler is a human who is the cousin-in-law of the famous Marion Wheeler, the head of the SCP Foundation’s Antimemetics Division, which specialized in drugs meant to control memories in order to censor the existence of anomalies to their witnesses in public. Marion and her husband Adam had been known to constantly fight an entity called SCP-3125, a starfish-like antimemetic creature that exists partially between and externally in the bounds of reality and seeks to assimilate humanity through awareness of its existence, attacking people who perceive its true form. Marion and people from the Antimemetics Division have had to constantly remember and forget each other and the Division due to SCP-3125’s nature, but in the end Marion became an entity of living memory called an infomorph living in a subconscious space called the noosphere, becoming part of an SCP team called MTF Omega-0, or Ará Orún, which can detect memetic and antimemetic entities and threats, manifesting in databases and anywhere there’s information, concentrated in a database called SCP-2111, who was a once a Foundation agent named Michelle Yu who wanted to pass on after death and could only do so if nobody remembered her, and was deleted when MTF Omega-0 was formed to combat the rogue infomorphs, making them from reprogrammed rogue infomorphs. Amelia had been confused with the idea of what was normal or abnormal in the UUniverses, a cartoon realm, and wanted to find the difference by tapping into the pinnacle of existential information: the noosphere. She met her cousin, and was told about Omega-0’s true nature. She thus became part-infomorph, allowing her near-unlimited control over memories and became the caretaker of memetic power in the OF and in some part the SCP, being in essence a living supercomputer. She has the ability to see memetic or antimemetic entities, and has an immunity to their abilities, and has the ability to connect to the connective human subconscious and control memories through a Cerebro-like device, becoming the head of the Meme-Based Divisions of the Outer Force.
