Doctor Byan Tim Zimntos, AKA Doctor Zimn or Doctor BT Zimn, is an Alternate UUniversal Muusquid from Planet Sponex. He is a visionary much like Andrew Ryan, and has a view against government aid, as relying on both the United Sentient Races Alliance or Union of Independent Systems would be a detriment, and wished to create a system free of the hardships of periods like the recent Interuniversal War that killed trillions of lives. He attempted to go into isolated space to establish his on laissez-faire, but after nearly facing litigation from the UIS border laws forbidding him access, he was forced to pose as a new scientist for Globex Industries, and found a good candidate for his isolated dreams: Sarph IX, which he found was an extremely isolated region as the moon was around an unstable gas giant called Sarphgure, with weather powerful enough to create cosmic storms around it due to the accumulation of oxygen and temperatures from Sarphgure’s airborne algae, and was the last moon of Sarphgure to be habitable. With cheated funding from Globex, he not only made his views for an isolated civilization come true, but he intended to keep it hidden until he cut himself from Globex once their purpose was finished, and then fake Sarph IX’s destruction. In time he succeeded, but only barely. In Globex for himself, while a civil war was beginning in the moon’s underwater community due to the lack of government, things went further downhill when a creation of his went awry. An experimental substance called ZIMN, which was based upon stem cells from an alien slug called a Zastropod that was meant to be the next breakthrough in artificial evolution, and had the ability to regenerate tissue and offer genetic enhancement. The civil war was established because his head of civil economics and affairs on Sarph IX, a Nomman named Fisk Fountaine, discovered that he was actually getting his funding and technology from a government company. Accusing him of intolerable hypocrisy, Fisk faked his death and rallied the people into civil war against Zimn inside a poorhouse and the people who knew Zimn’s true goals, which was already suffering in civil fallout because of conflicting ideologies putting people out of a job. He took the ZIMN secrets and created plasmoids, which could enhance physical capabilities and grant powers thanks to this new substance’s energy-conductive properties mixing with nervous systems. This caused bankruptcy on Fisk’s end because the Zastropods could not produce enough ZIMN to come by, so genetic experiments on children were made to produce more ZIMN using Zastropod DNA. But ZIMN was critically unstable and kills cells to replace them with stem duplicates, and thus it required constant suppliments, otherwise it would lead to mental and physical consequences, such as any and every symptom imaginable due to genetic instability and madness. When ZIMN was used up completely and it was getting highly scarce as the addiction became too high to meet demand, an apocalypse occurred as everyone turned into mutant zombies called Mutazens that craved flesh for the ZIMN inside, even when the children experimented on to produce ZIMN grew up and became a people called Zim Hivers, protected by large mutant beasts called Zim Soldiers from the Mutazens. Zimn intended to fix this with help from Globex since he had little to no resources of his own and no longer had a choice, but they said that the people are too long gone, having most of the staff leave, and even cutting him from funding and Globex and shutting down his experiments upon discovering his true goals thanks to Fisk. Zimn kept his own family and friends around, however, stole most of his research back after killing the people ordered to shut the project down, and took control over Sarph IX’s main dataframe and control the moon's cities to ensure these mutated citizens are safe from both Globex, the outside and each other and don't end up causing the cities to be flooded and drown, and has been trying to fix the problem ever since, extending his lifespan and that of important individuals through special devices, and they continued this strenuous pursuit to this very day, even when Fisk was still around and kept himself alive through ZIMN and plasmoids, becoming a monstrous civil war lord called Aotlas. Unlike Andrew Ryan, Zimn is more selfless, especially thanks to his dreams collapsing on themselves, as Fisk, the AUU equivalent of Frank Fontaine, is the true enemy.
