Masha 'Ebony' Edevane, Grady Claire, and Damon Wilder are three human kids from the Earth of Luz Noceda. While two out of three are canonly unnamed, Masha’s real name was revealed in "Thanks To Them". Their first appearance in The Owl House is in the episode "Yesterday's Lie", where they are revealed to be campmates of Vee when she took Luz's place in Reality Check Camp while she was in the Demon Realm. In the episode, in Vee's quest to find magic to replenish her shapeshifting abilities with help from a magically-communicating Luz, Ebony reads her a magic card believing it a tarot card that accurately says Vee is running away from a past that is not kind to her, and the guilt and fear she carries will eventually catch her in a self-fulfilling prophecy that she won't be able to escape from, upsetting and scaring Vee. In "Thanks To Them", Ebony takes up Jacob Hopkins' job as the head of the Gravesfield Historical Society, and is revealed via the color of her fingernail polish and her name plaque to be nonbinary. Ebony is played by Grey Griffin (Queen Moon, Jackie Lynn Thomas, Vicky, Sam Manson, Azula in Avatar the Last Airbender, Darla in Penguins of Madagascar, and many roles in Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts) and Damon is voiced by Zeno Robinson (Golden Guard, Young King Andrias, additional voices in Big City Greens, Miraculous, Craig of the Creek, Onyankopon in Attack on Titan, and Sakaki in My Hero Academia).

In the SpongeBob and Friends Adventures Timeline, Ebony, Grady, and Damon find out Vee's true identity as a shapeshifting basilisk by accident, and yet they end up helping her to not only beat Vee's evil sibling Iee, but also helping her to become a 0-Brave to protect Earth until Luz can return to Earth. The three are further revealed to have their own talents. Masha takes up the nickname Ebony to sound 'edgier' like her secret witch cousin Ivory Edevane, and knows some Wiccan magic and is also a descendant of Wampanoag, coming from an old line of witches and going to the Reality Check Camp for it. Grady is the most reasonable member of the group, and he was in the Reality Check Camp because he has vivid hallucinations and an innate ability of oneiromancy, the magic of dreams and the subconscious. Damon was sent to the Reality Check Camp for being too obsessed with video games, and getting himself into trouble for daredevil acts from it. Yet with Vee, they manage to put their gifts to good use, as Ebony manages to create mana for the group to use and for Vee to feed on, Grady manages to teach them how to control their own fears with his lucid dream skills, and Damon manages to strengthen their coordination with video games. Forming the "Cabin 7 Crew", they and Vee go on misadventures across the Eastern Seaboard and beyond, meeting old and new friends like a hidden cultist and witch underground consisting of all cultists in Lovecraftian horror who are secretly keeping the Mischievers they supposedly worship out of Earth, as well as other magical creatures hidden on Earth, while unlocking the secrets of Titans that were present on Earth like the deadly Titan Hobbomock, his defecting brother Maushop, pukwudgies, fairies, and many other creatures. They help her gain her Quetzalcoatl form, and while Ebony forms a romantic relationship with Vee, Grady and Damon both date a Horned Serpent girl named Linda.
