Lord Decapod
Lord Decapod is a Waterloid Horseshoe Crab being that is the leader of both waterliod types and the rising main ruler of Mutantus, being the leader of all mutants on Mutantus since the death of it's long-time trustworthy mutant human-like leader Lord Evolfield over a sour discriminative negotiation. Like much of the life on Mutantus, Waterloids are the result of an accelerated evolution project by BioGen Inc through the AEV (Accelerated Evolution Virus), a technology created by Mutantus' old native race, the Mutans, which could potentially offer accelerated evolution, and were one of the very few decently-treated mutants. They were made intelligent in meaning to have them help normals advance their own evoution to Futurasia levels of technology, hopefully with aid from Mutan technology. However, that dream never happened due to a mutant uprising. The Waterloids avoided direct conflict and avoided aiding either side, not out of cowardice, but strategy. The Waterloids knew that the mutants would win because of BioGen's mistakes with them. So they devised a plan to slowly but surely itch mutants to get over the sins of BioGen to make a better world out of a damaged world and free both sides of any who would continue conflict. Lord Decapod was chosen to be the leader after Evolfield's death in order make it all happen. He was successful in bringing some mutants into the side of Mutantopolis, the former capital of Mutan society before they left, including Mutants, Day Lurkers, Buzudars, and the Noi Geni. He figured that some mutants, like the infamous Dreadnails, would not be easily swayed, so the best way to pacify them was to show that Mutantopolis would not ignore them, and with his first response team made of Hissgo, Buzzword, and Yowi, Decapod was on his way to achieve a more-peaceful Mutantus. He has an advisor 'Gill-Man' Waterloid named Vizor Black La'goon, a giant mutant man bodyguard for both him and Evolfield as an old best friend he rescued named Faught who is like Fallout 3 Fawkes, and his adopted two-header gazelle daughter and Hissgo's personal crush, Glee & Grudge, one head always being positive-mooded and thus cheerful and enthusiastic, while the other is negative-mooded and thus opinionated and mistrusting.
