Almana is still recovering from the events of In Almana Trouble. But it's not all bad. Maya has gained a needed upgrade finally able to speak her old self again thanks to the paraplegic walkerchair-bound Doctor Pieter, and Elizabeth has finally made peace with herself. But another still-living relitive of Occultra is on the horizon. Her name is Grimmess Techimantra, a cyborg mage lady driven insane by the militant high-tech actions of Azzhole and intends to steal it to take over Almana. Alchourse, it's not always that simple as with Grims. Techimantra is not being herself, but rather, possessed by a scientist in Azzhole's personal ranks, Dr. Xenn O'Phobus, a netourious Skorner scientist (Original name Sk'runus) known to torture grims, viewing them like animals and did horrendous experiments to "Cure them" of Grim Magic, earning him Azzhole's favor. Now, Dr. Xenn is trying to bring Azzhole back to Remena via staging it to look like Techimantra is just being a crazo grim, but really, she's a mind-controlled slave of Xenn to really try and bring Azzhole back to resume their plans. Framing Grims as bad again nothing more than a personal bonus to turn Almana into a new epicenter of Grim Hate for Azzhole to work with. Now the group need to stop the mad doctor before Almana is doomed to be Grim-Hater Country, with help from new weapon upgrades provided by Pieter, and Almana's own Acers, Lux the Luckiry leader with an extending mace/grappling hook and the tense ability of good luck, which is the ultimate irony since Luckiries being considered beings of good luck to be a misconception about them, Vyner the Satran with dual blades/plasma blasters and the tense ability to extend magic arms from his actual arms, Tetha the female Bleeden with extending armlets and the tense ability to control electricity and turn into lightning for a limited time, Bones a Rolf Empirid with a laser rifle/boomerang and the tense ability to freeze opponents in time, and Foote the Seopten-Human hybrid with a warhammer/plasma cannon and the tense ability to lock her feet in place and accelerate her own kinetic energy. But there's also another conflict involving the election campaign as there's a Yetord female councilwoman named Robyl Mountains trying to win an election as leader of Almana for it's people and even speaking for them, alongside her team of personal Espers co-lead by a Kneep Empirid named Wooler, seeing the heroes as too dangerous and that Almana should recover themselves, unintentionally helping Xenn in the process.
