Prime Minister P'tervannus Marmalade Horrorwing is a demon in the Demon Realm of The Owl House. He is a crane-like unnatural horror with a pterodactyl crest and great wyvern wings. He used to be the Prime Minister of the Conformity because of his upbringing. He was once raised on the Boiling Isles' ribs at high altitudes, and then got victimized and traumatized by a group called the Fetish Gang, whom scared him into fearing and disliking weirdos and giving him the desire to lock up weirdos no matter how lawful they are. He was also one of the ex-wives of Lilith. Wing would later go through so many humiliations down to even being immediately replaced with Luz by Mril Thorion that Horrorwing is now doing an extreme case of soul-searching, which started as early as him helping out Theodore Blight from his current predicament in which he got him there to begin with in being meant to protect Ordain. He initially plotted to become an Order-Based Outer God himself because of his blind views on abnormal behavior, but his time and humiliation got his position filled by Inspector Deadman.
