Lavazard

Lavazard is a brilliant-thighed frog supervillain noted for his head that is literally oozing with lava as the result of a failed weapons experiment at Mega-Sci Corp. He has since moved onto being a weapons smuggler, and later moved onto having a weapons facility in a volcano a few miles across Hivemind University.
