Magnum Innominandum the Nameless Mist is a Mischiever and one of the favorite sons of the king of Mischievers, Azathoth. Because it is androgynous, people mistake it as a boy or a girl, but it is also capable of casting plagues and pestilence, being the one responsible for the Demon Realm's plague weather including it's boiling rain, as well as controlling any and all forms of monsters including demon creations of Azathoth, including Star Vampires, cnidarian-mollusk invisible monsters that become visible when consuming blood or essence and are extinct in the Demon Realm, as well as being able to create demons of it's own design, or control monsters created by other Mischievers. Other powers included possible omnipresence, reality warping, acausality, spacetime manipulation, immortality, and incorporeality. It was defeated by Luz Noceda, Gus Porter, Willow Park, and Ludvig Prinn, the lich that was also known as Robert Bloch IRL and the author of the De Vermis Mysteriis, a necromancer book made to control pestilence. MI nearly defeated Luz before she could enroll in Hexside University and be a potential threat to Azathoth and almost had her consumed by the school's Mischiever-originated detention cell, until she was rescued by Randolph Carter. His/her failure to stop Luz forces Nyarlathotep to step in and take drastic measures. But later, MI returns from the Asylumvoid, turns the unknown family of Azathoth against him, takes away his shapeshifting abilities, and tries to kill Luz in the Conformity Dimension run by Administrator Ordain, but dies quickly because of chaos beings unable to cope with the physical laws of a dimension of order, getting sent to the Hibernation Realm, the afterlife of Outer Gods.
