Major General Victor Richard Chance
Major General Victor R. Chance is a Superior platypus from Kratos who is the main leader and the supreme commanding officer of the Super Ops Taskforce Agency. He is the mentor of Aaron Solaris during his movement into the Super Ops, and he has been a good friend to Agent Kafka since they both grew up in the FBI business. He has been going up in ranks every year, and had made it to the point where he became the main leader of the Super Ops. He is wise and noble, fights with an iron fist, and commands his troops firmly and nobly. His powers include super-strength, super-agility, super-endurance, mind-control, waterbreathing, sublimation, ghosting powers, and a healing factor.
