Mang T. Leon is a Thylacoleo carnifex who lives in the Zootopian prehistoric underground city known as Dinosica. He grew up in the Cenozoic District and is a driver for a limo service until he got scratched when escorting both a Tritylodon named Emmy Tethys and a Deinonychus named Shawn Sickle, the latter of whom was targeted by Dougal Dix with an algal infection and Early-Paleozoic ancestor of Night Howlers that turned him savage, and infected both Mang and Emmy turning them equally savage, and later got saved by his Deinonychus siblings who also got infected, and thus all except Emmy ended up later attacking Tracy Coelies, Trevor Jurassic, and their 'Surfie' friends into accidentally causing an Iguanodon stampede that almost kills a baby Leptictidium, and when they all end up mysteriously cured afterward after Tracy calls for backup, Chief Tri-Tops ends up accusing her of many charges including reckless endangerment, conspiracy, and near-murder, and demands her resignation until Nick Wilde and Trevor put two-and-two together knowing he set her up to fail considering the fact that Iguanodon herds are known for distressed stampedes and wasn't the only endangerment they caused, and after bringing up Tracy's meter-maid status, they call him out for this and threaten to inform Mayor Rex of this incident if he doesn't allow them the remaining 10 hours they have left to solve the case. Blackmailed and defeated, Tri-Tops does so until later on when the same culprits, among other stronger individuals, go savage yet again and attack DPD Headquarters until they are rescued.
