Mappo No Ryujin is a giant serpentine abomination created by Azathoth first documented by Michael Dziesinski in his game Secrets of Japan. It is not an actual Mischiever, but is in truth one of Azathoth's Titans that was so powerful, it was titled as a Mischiever. It was so powerful, it could not even be destroyed and become one with the Demon Realm's Titan Graveyard. Mappo No Ryujin terrorized Yomi, the Demon Realm's land of yokai (Japanese creatures and demons), who were warped to become 'Azathoth's children'. Yomi has thus become much like the rest of Yuggoth, but on a much wilder scale, as just like yokai mythology, everything is alive due to them being inhabited by spirits. But after the land was cured of Azathoth's influence by Horrorwing under the command of Mril Thorion, and resulting in the death of Yomi's top crime lord Oni Lord, as well as the morally-inept Yokai Elders, his grandson Oni Prince stepped up to be better than him and help the yokai make their own name, with only a few exceptions including entrusting a Shinigami named Kage, a Conformity veteran, and does so successfully with help from assistants including a nervous kotobuki assistant named Eto and the last descendant of the Yokai Elders still in authority, a nekomata who knows great omnyodo magic named Nekoshi. But by doing this, and with Yomi cured of Azathoth's influence, Mappo No Ryujin awoke from the prison imbued on it by ancient Muvian Wizards with an outdated Elder Sign. It nearly destroyed the land and poisoned any possibility of the heroes or defenses stopping it. Despite hardships, however, Luz, her friends, Maho and her friends, as well as an unexpected new player Hakuzosu, manage to sway the Oni Prince and Yomi onto their side by giving constructive feedback and giving Kage a reason to quit the Conformity, even after he had Luz and Maho cursed with Gu magic. Mappo would thus be defeated through a permanent means as a result, finally becoming one with the Titan Graveyard afterward. Despite being a Titan, Mappo was presumed to have been derived from an actual Outer God, possibly once a Final Taker, but could have easily been a more direct creation born into this existence regardless. But in the end, thanks to Luz, his true form is revealed to be a Japanese dragon hero named Ryu Tatsu, who was blessed with a Final Taker's power in order to provide not just an enhanced will to live, but also the ability to spontaneously resurrect any who perish in the face of Mischiever adversity. After being cured, he cleanses Yomi of what he did as Mappo, and he has defended the land ever since.
