Marys, AKA Gadget Girl, is a human from the world of San Fransokyo. Based loosely on Marys Iosama from the original Big Hero 6 comics, she is a vastly intelligent girl with a knack for robotics, biomechanics and bioengineering, developing machines based on the designs of a lifeform's mechanics. She is the older sister of Big Hero 6: The Series character Karmi, and is embarrassed with her little sister's knack for keeping infectious microbes as pets and research, especially when she accidentally got infected with one and once almost got herpes, even hating her sister for almost giving her a disease that lasts for life. Her frustration with her sister caused her to leave SFIT, having been losing her place there since Karmi came. She thus searched for a new purpose for her biomechanical research with her police officer boyfriend. She gave his police car an upgrade so they could bring down the head of Giri, a corrupt zaibatsu intending to take over the world of technology. But her boyfriend loses his life when he was close to deducing the identity of the Giri leader, while his high-tech police car was taken and it's technology utilized for their own nefarious purposes. Marys swore the avenge him and bring Giri's leader to justice. She earns this chance by joining the team of Doctress Junsei, and takes down the Giri leader, Reisu Shimigama. She has since been a valued resource of high-tech gadgetry for Junsei's team. She always has a random arsenal every mission which include a hoverboard, biomechanical mechs, portal beacons, hacking devices, force fields, robots, tech bombs and plasma/laser blasters, defibrillators, jetpacks, upgrades for her team's suits and weapons, tech vehicles, environmental suits, and so on.
