Micchu Pacchu is one of the previous emperors of Cuzcotopia. Apparently, he was an even worse emperor of Kuzco, which lead to the Darkspawn under Chernabog's reign to curse his soul after death to become a anteater revenant and serve as one of their skeleton soldiers. An old man later masqueraded as the creature just because he wanted to keep the legend alive. Micchu Pacchu appeared in an episode of The Emperor's New School called The Mystery of Micchu Pacchu. This skelly anteater, as Kuzco calls it, has not appeared in the Spongebob series yet.
