Miss Tulip O. DeRange is a Dog Kin girl, essentially like Samantha, from the Land of Ooo, the setting of Adventure Time. She is a renowned serial killer who was driven insane by the murder of her husband. She loved him until, in her belief, he ended up accidentally coming across Wizard City. Because of the rule of Wizard City being wizards only and the penalty of trespassers is death, he was killed. When news reached DeRange of this act, and when she tried and failed to avenge him only resulting in her near-death and being brought to insanity from it, she grew a fierce hatred of magic, holding it responsible for the death of her husband. After finding a powerful anti-magic relic created by the Lich, she found a way to protect herself from death spells and murder dozens of wizards, starting with the ones who killed her husband. She became so infamous, royalty all over the Land of Ooo feared even her very name, as well as wizards. She came to become one of the most dangerous and scariest members of the Antimagic Hand, a regime of magic-haters who want to purge worlds of magic by cutting them from access to it via The Magic Realms. DeRange is so scary, even other members want to keep their distance, knowing that anything could set her off, especially the mere mention of her husband or wizards in general.

Abilities
DeRange's weapon of choice is the dreaded Mana Blade, a weapon that was created by the Lich of Adventure Time lore to act as an anti-magic weapon against wizards. She found it after the murder of her husband and uses it to not only sap mana from her victims, but also their souls while they are killed in cold blood.
Aside from her dreaded blade, DeRange, despite her skinny frame, is brutally strong, able to lift things 5x her size, and sprint at vast distances to chase down her victims. She likes to cackle in an ominous manner to intimidate her foes while also wearing an ominous cloak.
