Rictord Ovras Moebius was an Alternate UUniversal Knightan from Planet Critius. He was an individual whose race is known to be in an ELEX-like split campaign, and are militant beings bred for combat. Moebius was one of the many Knightans assigned to fight alongside the representatives of artificial magic, alongside its creator Fortunoos, on Planet Manatera, with a private army of other Knightans. Artificial magic was a breakthrough like no other as it was made from nanomachines powered by mana (quantum-charged matter and the source of magic itself) called nanomana, allowing magic to be not just more easily controlled, but more protected. But the prospect of artificial magic and what it was capable of had caused a representative named King Agamemnon to steal it all to himself, and cause the rest of the representatives, as well as the Union of Independent Systems, to give up on its potential as Agamemnon used it for evil and domination, with Moebius serving as the core of his powerful magic-enhanced Moebian Army with blades of magic that could bypass all defenses and in suits blessed with magic and able to withstand anything. Moebius was, however, harboring deeper intentions as his time getting exposed to the raw power that artificial magic provided drove up his greed and lust for power, not helped by his confidence and the power that ensured he was never defeated. He sought to wait for Agamemnon to reach his full potential so that one day he could kill him and steal all that power for himself and take over Manatera, as he was secretly an elite agent for The United Usurpation Force, who believed that artifical magic would be the boost they needed to be more successful, especially since traditionally UUF missions have been ending in humiliating failure. However, the UUF did not officially know about Manatera as he was assigned to reestablish a new base after the fall of Chairman Blech, meaning he was never meant to go to Manatera. He thus went rogue, even if for his idea of 'doing more than just establishing a base'. But when Agamemnon fell to Manaventi, he would be arrested by Fortunoos' wife Queen Widowus and, upon discovering his secret treachery and plans to provide the UUF with artificial magic, he was executed when Widowus absorbed his power with her prototype nanomana to gain his attributes and turns him into bioslime.
