Mullgan C. Herichance, nicknamed Mulch, is an Alternate UUniversal Poset from Planet Carbungia. He is a wild porcine and a heavy operative partner for Sheriff Moreland who can only say a few words including onomatopoeias and cool words. Starting out as a Carbungian SWAT agent who got a benign tumor during the beginning days of the Villains Act, he made friends with his rescuer Moreland and decided to join him in enforcing the law and keeping peace in Carbungia and joining his lawful crusade following the Villains Act's downfall.
