Nepolianino Dynamite

In after saving the Nexther Restoration Allience in What's Nexther?, The NR Allience desided to give the Lougers and the HA a tour of the isolated systems (Under heavy UIS guidelines, alchourse), for saving them and all the service they did for the Nexther system throughout the years. It is where they are introdused to a race of Teadr 2.5 beings called Nepolianinos who are proud and independent beings and learning allies of the UIS who have come to run the entire isolated sector of Nexther, helping those like the Nexther Restoration Alliance and were strong resilient fighters during the Souvis War that defended against the Jalladome Confederation who wanted to enslave them for their Zyaūar secrets, though why they were never recorded into USRA history is because UIS did well to keep those parts quiet to the point of being deemed legends. Also in thanks to UIS, the Neps came to annexed the other systems in the name of the Three Emperors and created the Nepolianino Empire and would come to be a miniture UIS and made sure the annxed systems keep independence. However, it is discovered that the race are in the middle of a civil war with VA chip-corrupted rebelers under the enfluence of the returning Baneoson and Nuckles with the aide of Hack Knee and Meanwell, along with a Jalladome confederation reminant general, Confederation General Azzwipe, Jirk, Laqullag, and a corrupted former Emperor hopeful, a Nepolianino named Nain Trahison and the three emperors' brother. Not only is this proud empire threaten by a collection of shams to the USRA name, but some of the very trouble-making headaches to the Nexther Empire AND Nain and his followers being tainted by VA chips into being a USRA supporting nut. It's up to our heroes to have to step in and save the isolated systems from the very problems they were isolated from to begin with.
