After Shen has had another date with Celestia since their relationship was improved in the last episode, his bliss is suddenly shattered when he hears that his sister, Lady Chen, who lives in Beijing, China, has announced she is getting married. What gets him angry is the person she's getting married to: Count Vladimer. Chen is, for some reason, blindly in love with the food critic and refuses to see otherwise. She also has a new court jester called 'The Mind Adjuster', who is a Chinese cobra that is always filled with fresh material and can make a fool out of anyone. Is there a hidden conspiracy being made by Vladimer and this new jester, or is Shen being paranoid again? Whatever's happening, Shen asks for the help of SpongeBob, Fu-Xi, Fidget, and Boss Wolf for help.
