Officer Dillon Owen Frillzone
Dillon O. Frillzone is a Zootopian Dilophosaurus wetherilli spielbergensis from the underground land of Dinosica. Being the fictional variant of the dinosaur introduced in Jurassic Park, Dillon possesses neck frills and spitting venom. He is a very crazy drama queen and a police officer for the same precinct as Tracy Coelies, being very nuts when doing his job and doing what he can to have fun doing it, finding just bringing justice boring. He is a Dino-mirroring of Officer Bob Friller.
