Officer Larson Bertram Ison
Officer Larson B. Ison is a police bison who works for the Dragon Realms division of the UUPD and is their top negotiator. While he prefers to use two pistols at once, and is extremely accurate with them since he was a former marine, he does have a habit of believing that whatever ultimatum a criminal throws at the police is a rather hard bargain, even though a lot of criminal demands are gonna be hard bargains, but he is still a great negotiator and has managed to keep criminals from going too far with their threats and made sure all got out of a situation alive.
History[]
Larson was born in a desert community in the Dragon Realms. At the time, this land was the focus of war against those of the Legend of Spyro apes that weren't changed by Malefor, and instead wanted this certain land to themselves. The marines of this country put up a valiant fight, but even they had a hard time handling the apes' power. It was basically like Iraq during the Iraq War, only much more intense. When his father ended up killed in a firefight, Larson decided to avenge him by taking his place at age 21.
He served in the marine corps fighting against the apes for over 2 years, and he enjoyed seeing the apes suffer because they were pretty much funny wherever they walked. Yet when the war eventually ended and the apes were completely chased off of his land, Larson decided to resign his commission since his purpose had been fulfilled, and that he would use his skills for those who needed it. And he was able to do so by joining the UUPD as the third newest rookie behind Axle and Felix. He eventually got the job as a negotiator who would try and talk some sense into captured or loose criminals alike. Sometimes he succeeded, others were just too good to be talked down to. Nevertheless, he was an excellent negotiator.
