Paradoxxus
Paradoxxus is an Alicorn God of Equestria and the Alicorn God of Time. He was an ancient time lord responsible for keeping the balance of the timeline of Equestria balanced and eliminate paradoxically-damaging changes. He could also see past, present, and future and visit it with ease, whether through an astral image, or personally. However, he was among the many Alicorn Gods destroyed during the final battle against Tyranny during the Chaos Wars. Thus, his soul is now contained within a giant hourglass-like relic with a clock-shaped mirror in the center called the Clock of Reality, hidden within the Everfree Forest Castle of the Two Sisters, till discovered, then taken and now under Canterlot protection since the Mane Six had made the Castle into a tourist attraction since their last days living their following the defeat of Tirek.
