President K.G. Wales is a blue whale from SpongeBob's world, and is the president of the Pacific Ocean. He is a very noble, George W. Bush-accented and mannered person, and a very responsible leader. He has flown a fighter jet once or twice when fighting in wars, and he has a very humorous personality, but can sometimes have different moods when it comes to running the Pacific Ocean. The Pacific Ocean is the biggest ocean community, and the wealthiest, mst vibrant, inviting, and very elegant, and it is where Bikini Bottom is located within the Marshall Islands, the Great Barrier Reef being a large megalopolis spanning all of Queensland, Australia, the Mariana Trench holding Mariana Bottom, the capital of Trenchian society including Rock Bottom, Hawaii playing a big role in it's society, there is a large goo ocean called the Goocific Ocean, the Ring of Fire makes an underground secret community where the secret community of Earthy Spirule is a part of, the oceanic point of inaccessibility called Point Nemo being uncharted and worse than the likes of Shell City, the seas of Raja Ampat Islands being a rich Las Vegas-Indonesian vacation resort, the Phillipines Reef being very vibrant, colorful, and an elegant community like pre-movie Bikini Bottom, the Pescador region being the capital, Lord Howe Island Reef being a famous site and a rare occasion where humans and sea life coexist, and downright having the most reef-based cities than any ocean in the world, the bigger ones being in atolls, and the capital city of Wake Bottom being located in the Wake Island Atoll, where Wales resides. He can be ranged in mannerisms, as he does whatever is best for the biggest ocean of the world, once sharing a hostile relationship with the president of the Atlantic, a humpback whale named President Humperdinck Dick Hughson, and had an interoceanic war called literally the Interoceanic War during the near days of World War II, right after the Land-Sea Wars brought on by the earliest exploits of Treedome Enterprises Limited, and even aids humans by donating to NOAA. As the biggest animal ever known, Wales is bigger than even Pearl and any of the other whales that appeared in the series, and has a voice similar to Jean-Michel Cousteau.
