Prime Commander Maxxus

Prime Commander Radborne Alber Maxxus was an Alternate UUniversal Kepellan from Planet Kepella. He was the namesake founder of the Maxxus Sector of the Zeta Universe, and was a famous military leader born in the uncontrollable PTSD-like condition that life is going to be cruel and will never favor everyone after he lost his parents in a powerful firefight as a toddler expecting them to win. He has since become an antisocial vagabond vigilante who never did anything productive with his life until he was given an oppertunity to become a soldier by stopping a war despot and ranked up to general because of saving a brass general from choking to death, as he gained a normal life, a family, a purpose, and founded the sector as a result. Though he eventually died, his name would go down in history and his story would inspire. Though he may not be as dead as he seems as his presence can be felt in many corners of the Maxxus Arm, tying to the myth that he and all other sectorial founders became Sectorials, or figures that are guardian angels who watch each arm of a Universe's Unigalax.
