Hector K. Ravenclaw, AKA Red Talon, is a fictional Superior Cinereous vulture who was published in Kratos' XD Comix. He is known by comic fans to make a bad reception to the comics he's been in because of how terrible, murderous, and cruel he is. As a result, all of the original issues were recalled and confiscated, and the issue was made child-friendly, replacing all the violent parts with just injuries and non-bloody scenes. No one actselly even dies in the new verson, not even Talon himself, espeically that having him killed when he didn't went into complete monster terratory as result of the edit, so killing him was scrapped. Red Talon remained his violent self, but he was recreated into a less-violent villain. In fact, the original version was never released, and is extremely rare, with only 10 copies in existence, and only the most adult people own them. The two versions have the same plot, but the violence is replaced with something else in the child-friendly version. The original was meant to boost dropping ratings, but the writer decided that the original should be disbanded for it's violence, and re-made into a child-friendly version. In both versions, Red Talon has the personality of Fagin and is a bit as insane as Carnage. In fact, he's so insane it was rumored he was denied the chance to become part of Incursion for his insanity. The difference that Talon was meant to die, but XD Supervisors wanted to have another recurring villain, so his death scene was edited out to an apparent death in favor of a sequel. His powers included a titanium skeleton, fire manipulation, super-agility, super-endurance, X-ray vision, a psychic shield, and formerly his favorite, invulnerability.

The people of XD wanted to make a character that would put the heroes in a hopeless situation, was particularly sadistic, mean, violently grudge-holding, malevolent, and incredibly blood-thirsty and wicked in his own way. However, to do it, they got a rather controversial writer in the form of a vulture named Rudy MacBleed, whose works on gruesome and graphic comics were of mixed reviews, controversial in the same ways as GTA and similar to Frank Miller in style, violence, and tone, making comics for adults and any who liked that sort of thing. The writers wanted to send him in and see if he could make this character they wanted come to life. However, he did it all too well as he created Red Talon in his original version as a bloody violent killer on par with Carnage and Fagin who wanted revenge on the Crystal Agency for taking away his invincibility superpower by force and turning him in by law as punishment for refusing to give it up, claiming that he wanted to bring an adult and edgy situation to the setting. However, it failed dramatically as there was an enormous controversial backlash against fans who took this idea too far and scared any fans away from reading the comics. As a result, this damaged his name, and got him almost fired from his career for almost ruining the story of the Crystal Agency, especially for more reasons than all the violence and gore, but also because of the deaths of certain characters. Though some enjoyed the bloodshed and agreed to his idea of bringing an edgy setting, most were against it as it was not needed and completely inappropriate for certain readers.
In an effort to restore his name, Rudy created a more kid-friendly version of his character, and an apology note in the back. However, it heavily affected him in a similar fashion to Adam Beechen's actions against Batgirl, as they never trusted him with making edgy villains again because of this, and neither did any other comic company for that matter, forcing him to stick to his own series' and nothing else.
Original Version[]
Red Talon was a murderer who had a lot of powers he hold dearly to him, and the Crystal Agency had him busted and sent to jail for resisting their orders to have them removed. As an act of revenge, he escaped, gained most of his powers back, and began gruesomely killing allies of the Crystal Agency and writing his messages of their murder in their blood, even noted in eating the dead bodies. Not even the Crystal Empire could find him, nicknaming him 'Red Talon'. He hasn't struck for over 5 years since his murder of a Crystal Agent who was close to his trail. When he discovered the capabilities of Agent Mathis, he framed him for less-gruesome murders which got him to be nearly executed, and he put up a great revenge plot against the Crystal Agency. After that, he killed 2 other Crystal Agents and wrote 'You're Next, Hierarch' in blood, making Commander Hierarch recognize him as the fearful Red Talon. When he tries to prove that Mathis is innocent, Red Talon stops him by wounding him so hard, he goes to the hospital. Femme Fatale helps bail Mathis out of jail easily once he is proved innocent, but they find too late that Hierarch is injured. After getting messages on walls from Red Talon like 'You'll Never Be Safe From Me', and 'You And Your Girlfriend Are Next'. When they get to the Crystal Agency HQ, they find that most of the agents are tied up, and they come across Red Talon. They fight him, but he winds up nearly killing Femme, blows up the HQ, and chases Mathis around the city to try and murder him. They battle in a construction site where Red Talon manages to weaken Mathis enough to get the chance to kill him. Fortunately, Mathis is able to use his last ounce of strength to push Red Talon in the way of a crane, which smashes him and kills him. Mathis, Femme, and Hierarch are healed, and the Crystal HQ is repaired. This was able to get some of the agents horrified of this experience and are frightened to even remember Red Talon.

When he discovered the capabilities of Agent Mathis, he framed him for robbing a bank with evidence that points to Marthis, and he put up a great revenge plot against the Crystal Agency. After that, he disabled unfatally two agents and wrote a message on a card for Hierarch saying 'You're Next, Hierarch'. After recognizing what was done, he recognized him as the fearful Red Talon. When he tries to prove that Mathis is innocent, Red Talon stops him by injuring him, sending him to the hospital. Femme Fatale helps bail Mathis out of jail easily once he is proved innocent, but they find too late that Hierarch is injured. While meeting with him, they find that Red Talon had left a message to them saying 'You And Your Girlfriend Are Next, Mathis'.
