While the Nine Choosen Ones, the Seventeen Saviors of Eqlantica and the lougers adapt to Volcano Island, make a gameplan to save Mareina and Derek while planning to build another Rip-Zipper which will now have Purple Dragon power to deal with the Mawgu, the exiled crab soilders who kept Timmy, Cosmo and Wanda prisoners are back to settle their score with the chosen ones while The Great Carapace returns to destroy the Hermit Crab Village aiding him are giants made of water, jungle, lava and lightning. The First challenge of the Nine Choosen Ones, the Seventeen Saviors of Eqlantica and the lougers are dealing with a ruthless army of crabs and saving a village while a great battle of elemental island giants endures. and to top it off, Mawgu is planing to force Mareina and Derek to surrender their kingdoms to him, so he can rule both Eqlantica in Equestia and all of Desteny islands while satisfying his revenge on the Nicktoons and plans to pollute the islands with his corruptive goo! However, he has no luck doing such cause Derek doesn't believe in letting threats to make him surrender the freedom of many lifes, and Mareina being an impudent little merpony telling Mawgu to go **** himself, eventally provoking Mawgu to give up on that plan and stick to his current gameplan first.
