Rickey Foxx is a gray fox who is a citizen for Herbavoris that, by law, is required to wear a Tame Collar at all times for predator aggression control. Ever since he was a kit and went through the tragic ceremony of gaining his tame collar, he saw this as torment and not penance. As such, he wished they never existed, and thus made a friend in he form of a bat-eared fox named Finbar Earhart. However, their friendship was not to last as one day, when Finbar was successfully able to remove their collar, this had triggered the automatic alarm systems and alerted T.U.S.K to them. Finbar was shot and seemingly killed, and Rickey was prosecuted to 5 months in prison. This crime against his life has single-handedly inspired Rickey into being the owner of an illegal underground society called 'Wild Times', where they would secretly advertise the cruelty and torment the collars represented, and that predators were free to not be controlled by a corrupt collar system, and offers a secret service to remove collars for good, and to relocate civilians from the awful society of Herbavoris and into a more tolerable environment. Rickey still does this to this very day.
