Scumo'Buttus is a Mischiever and former Citadelian Outer God who, as a result of his name, which was given to him by his fellow Citadelians as he took his job too seriously to a point where the Citadelians had a brief infamy, got him turned into a joke. As a result of this, he only became worse and worse and did his job far too chaotically. Once he was sentenced to imprisonment in the Hibernation Realm when he attempted to destroy a world called Purria, that was his final straw, accusing his own kin of ignoring his feelings and the insults they put him through, and he thus ended up turning into a Mischiever of Peacebreaking. He thus escaped and finished his job. He demanded that the Purrians renounce their too-perfect utopia and not infect the UUniverses with it, but their leader Lord Twinkles refused, he responded by destroying their planet. No defense could stop him, and what was left of the race, including the disfigured and traumatized Twinkles, were forced to evacuate in giant arkships. Twinkles, changed from the trauma of his destroyed world, became a warlord intent on invading and stealing a world, but always failed even with all the technology his race had. Since Scumo had nowhere else to go because his reputation was brought to super-wanted for his actions, Purrians were the only ones he could focus on, and he found himself enjoying it, especially by providing divine intervention to every race the Purrian invaded, ensuring that they were always defeated, finding extreme entertainment from torturing Twinkles, and yet when Twinkles resorts to fleeing into another timeline where Purrians never evolved on the still-alive Purria, Scumo forbids them access to it. This drives Twinkles so over the edge, he'll do whatever catastrophic spacetime-breaking act he can to get to this alternate Purria. But he also finds himself contested with another Outer God guardian that is also the Purrians' god, Pury, which derives much of it's power from those similar to the All-Mother. Scumo's actions are for some sadistic pleasure because of the fact that his name was what gave him insignificance in even his fellow Citadelians, and he has a serious inferiority complex since he feels he was never important in the Multiversal Hierarchy, and takes his pain on the only race he can ever focus on in his wanted position.
