Senator Leidy

Senator EJ M. Leidy is a Zootopian Edestus giganteus from the underground land of Dinosica. He is a prehistoric shark with a comical speech impediment due to his species' wicked jaws, and he is the leader of the sea sectors of the Paleozoic District's Permian Sector. He's very semi-optimistic and semi-pessimistic and with his Amblypterus secretary Secretary Werner, he does very well as leader of the Permian Sector seas.
