Senator Tobin Ferrell Titanium
Senator Tobin F. Titanium is a Superior White rhinoceros from Kratos. He is a member of the Kratosian Senate who watches over and governs the continent of Castisana, as well as all it's cities and people. He was raised on that exact continent in the city of Turbane by an ambassador father, and eventually moved up to the ranks and was elected as a Senator for the Prometheus Temple for his sense of pride and his family tradition of wisdom and courage. His powers include a titanium horn and skeleton, omnilinguism, power negation, and a psychic shield.
