Sirah Birta Salum, AKA Sirah Spades
Sirah B. Salum, AKA Sirah Spades, is an Alternate UUniversal Malfil from Planet Capulus. She started off as a gambling maniac that was arrested for cheating, that also got her in trouble in the hidden Mafia controllers behind the casino lead by an evil crime boss named Boss Vries. She was able to escape and join The Bounty Hunter Consortium when she realized that she would earn money in a different way, and at the same time, being protected from the Mafia that was after her and be able to repay the 'debt' she owed. She has similar charm and fighting styles as Gambit from X-Men, but the qualities of a bounty hunter. She piloted a spaceship called the Ace of Spades.
History[]
Sirah was born on the gambling planet of Capulus as the daughter of a single rich mother who ran a casino called The Salum Sanctum. As a child, Sirah was fascinated by the rich life and was sure to someday take her mother's place as the owner of the casino. Of course, the casino was built inside an old hotel and the two lived inside an apartment in the casino. As the years passed, Sirah became a gaming master, and eventually when her mother grew too old to own the casino, Sirah was unable to pay for the rights to take her mother's place since her mother's money was withdrawed by a crime lord named Boss Crambin Vries. This lead to the casino being owned by a higher bidder and it left Sirah to work as a waitress.
5 years later, her mother having passed away a long time ago, Sirah was feeling horrible since a crime boss stole her life from her. Not only did she start drinking, but she became a gambling maniac who was forced to get her own money through bets since the job she had had little pay due to the ruining that Vries was causing. Sirah personally wanted to 'clock Vries in the jaw' if she knew where he was. However, the gambling life came with a price, and she ended up losing to a much better game-player than her that kept hogging up her money, unaware that the game-player was hired by Vries to get rid of her so she wouldn't eventually be a threat to his business and grip on the casino.
Eventually, Sirah was unknowingly able to find out the game-player's true colors when she ended up cheating to win in a game of poker. While she was caught and threatened with jailtime, it was revealed that the game-player himself was also cheating, which automatically lead to the authorities realizing that she was a victim and she was forgiven. The arrest of the game-player lead to Sirah finally discovering the location of Boss Vries' hideout, and she went down there and battled him. However, this lead to her getting captured and held hostage. Luckily, Sirah was able to escape thanks to the martial arts she learned as a child, and was able to successfully bust Vries, sending him to jail.
While she was happy that she got her revenge, Sirah knew her victory was bittersweet because Vries was only one of several heads of a larger Mafia group, and she is now most likely a target for the remainders to seek vengeance on. So she retired from the casino, took her mother's belongings, and flew to Planet Narene to become a bounty hunter for the Bounty Hunter Consortium after explaining her bust. She was able to improve in her fighting skills and she even gave the Maroon Circuit it's own wreck room where poker games could be played and food wouldn't have to be bought, but ordered. She even became it's bartender since it was her responsibility to take care of it. It's so she can pay off the debt of the vengeful Mafia, and also to avoid being 'harmed' by them for having one of their leaders' arrested.
Abilities[]
Sirah is a hyena-like creature with natural sense of smell, and good sight and hearing, as well as good agility. She can sometimes charm people with her looks, and sometimes the spade tattoo around her left eye can sell it. She commonly wears a jacket and a suit made from Kevlar and lightweight titanium. She studied 2 martial arts: Voin Onu (An Ustraoian version of Kung Fu) and Sebu Aii (A Crinathashan pressure-point martial art requiring accuracy and concentration), and she was able to learn part of them on her own. She is also an expert in several games, whether it be strategy or gambling.
She wields very little weapons. While she carries a laser-shooting energy staff, she also carries around a Uosse DP40B Disintegration Pistol and some sticky grenades for several occasions. She also carries a hacking device, a grappling hook, some gravity nodes that pull in enemies for 5 seconds, and she even wears a mitochondrial-augmentation vest under her suit to heal her from any major wounds.
Sirah flies in a spaceship called the Ace of Spades. It is a spade-shaped ship that is composed of titanium and aluminum armor, and is propelled by 3 antimatter thrusters that are powered by a single antimatter fusion reactor cell that can be dangerous when taking major damage. The inside of the ship has a holodeck that makes the living compartment look like a small casino, coming with some poker tables and even holds his mother's casino's carnival spinner, and the ship is protected by a deflector shield. The ship is armed with two rapid-firing double-barreled laser cannons and two heat-seeking missile launchers.
