Stewart Harold Grubbs is a Mexican ground squirrel from SpongeBob's world. He used to be one of those of his species native to Texas, and was a member of a Texan border control helping to keep out illegal migrants. But ill-placed sympathy for the family of an illegal immigrant he fell in love with lead to him violating the rules of having her hide in Texas in secret to get privately married, but this allowed her family to migrate to the states illegally. When he was discovered by Sheriff Concord's father, his girlfriend and his family were deported and he was fired, and turned outlaw ever since, almost killing Concord for this act, especially when he discovered he was a father. When he failed to get them back to Texas upon this news, he came to serve Hog Blank in subsiquence because Hog promised to bring his family back and keep them from being deported. He's been like this ever since, and is still one of Blank's more competent henchmen. Being a former fan of Sandy until growing out of it allowed him to learn karate and marksmanship as an outlaw and bandit.
