Supreme Commander Blamber 'Blabcrap' Zonno Carpice
Supreme Commander Blamber Z. Carpice, nicknamed Blabcrap, is an Alternate UUniversal Yatoran from Planet Yaton. He's the supreme commander of the Yatoran military and a cousin to General Gormac (By law because of separate sibling marriage). Unlike Gormac, he has no objections to the importance of the Heroes Act and the Lodgers. He is, however, cynical to them in thanks to the fact that the Lodgers are giving all UUniversal beings contradictory views on how to handle villains. While not as bad as Judge Cork Marklaoss, he's mainly just skeptical about these views even being able to work and strongly believes they would bring little to no true beneficial results, regardless of evidence that it does work (more or less). But most of all, while he understood that Gormac was a bit of an idiot and was, and thy quote, 'A disgrace to the Yatoran name', he didn't exactly appreciate his cousin being punished albeit for trying to misguidedly save a tribal planet from Unit Rgova-Cronus-UNAMS7 when it was bluntly obvious it showed no true capability of being an actual threat. He still hasn't ignored the importance of the Heroes Act and the Lodgers, but will not hesitate to even go at a chance to minorly harm their reputation so they will know what is like to be judged for making a poor decision. And he would get that chance ironically thanks to a personal rival, Dr. Quicktra Sones and the Ehswan Library, but also because he's afraid the tragic truth of the Yatoran's origins of being responsible for the Ehswan's extinction would be a threat to Yatoran security and credibility, and would go to great lenghs to achieve both goals, even trying to get Prophet Yamac Giugen onto his side by convincing him to lie and withhold this from the media, and make the heroes as unreliable as possible. As Yatoran Supreme Commander, he wears the traditional Commander Cape of Valor, which is wired with flexible machinery and can glow to make him more menacing.
