Icky and Iago enjoy their insanely-violent shows, thinking the Golden Age of TV Extremes is still going strong, even when cartoon violence has been more-or-less tamed since the 90s and late 80s. But they react angrily at the announcement that all those shows are considered being cancelled, especially their favorite, Dummiez 101, because all cartoon, video game, and movie companies have been legally bought by the previously-ridiculed Education Bureau Against Violence Association (EBAVA), which was founded by a Cat in the Hat-like bay cat named Mr. Educator, who owns a show called 'The Educater Corner', and has a personal mission to make TV a more child-friendly place by getting all violent shows cancelled and make all educational shows much more dominant, and wiping all channels with them, even on Spike TV, MTV, TruTV, TNT, even the Syfy channel. He has eradicated blocks like Adult Swim, turned Comedy Central into an educated former shell of it's glory and is ruining it's ratings, and TV is dying for being too educational. Mr. Educator is blind to the fact that kids need to understand that eventually, real life is not going to be all rainbows and sunshine, and he is risking traumatizing them for life. Knowing that this is considered a violation of the First Amendment by the High Council, the Lodgers are left with the duty of bringing Mr. Educator to justice before he destroys fiction entirely. But Icky and Iago have personal payback against him for interrupting them in the middle of their enjoyment. When their egos end up screwing up the mission, they are kicked out of the mission entirely. Though Mr. Educator manages to kidnap them and use them as leverage. Now under the threat of blackmailing Icky and Iago on the media with their egos, our heroes must find a way to stop him and his ripoff character henchmen, and stop him from ruining television.
