thanks to the interfearence of the lougers, Dr. Stoddart, a victim of his own delusions, has fallen victim to his own mutanting madness due to his new laboratory and the mutant stuff falling apawn him, due to him ignoring the lougers pleas to help him, and thus, became a mutant in of himself. Now, he has grown mad of the lougers downfalling his genius again, and desides to just stright out destroy them personally, mutant sytile! will Stoddart finally win for once? well maybe if Xenon does nothing to send the doctor in his place.
