The Magical Elder

Thaumorpheus in True Amoral One Form.

The Magical Elder, known by many other names such as Thaumorpheus, is an Amoral One and the most magical entity in the multiverse. He is the owner and creator of a mega universe that is noted as the biggest source of magic throughout the entire multiverse called The Magic Realms which is essentially the heart of magic itself. Made entirely of reality-warping quantum-charged molecules called mana, The Magical Elder is the guardian of all the magic in the multiverse from his own dimension where he takes the form of a graceful angelic creature of 90% magic, and appears the same way in other dimensions. Being an outer god, the Magical Elder is an amoral transsentience who decides the fate of magic in any dimension that uses magic. His own dimension has physical laws that are inconsistent and never the same and thus is incapable of harboring certain people from different dimensions. He is magic incarnate, able to do anything possible and yet the results of his power vary, being both the beauty and darkness of magic itself, can control and read all uses of it, can bend the use of magic in any conceivable way, and he can see magic's ultimate potential. For as powerful and imposing that sounds, even with outer godhood put to side and you're judging him on his own merits, a great deal of exposure to his very creation has made him an extremely gentler and kindhearted soul, well beyond the expected persona standards of an Amoral One creator. His approachable demeaner has earned him a friendship with all magic realm denizens, even of ones normally of anti-social or ostracized nature, as his friendless and wisdom brings out the best in even the worse of entities. He has come to be very passionate about the Magic Realm's well being, going out of his way to make sure that it is able to protect itself from abnormal/corruptive forces during it's transfer in the streams and until it goes into a host, only for it return to self-care after it was used. While Thaumorpheus considers his creation of magic and the subsidiaries in Chi, Super Powers and Imagination (Or Lucid to those that thing this is too much to conceive) a most important gift, he doesn't condone of when these gifts are taken for granted and/or misused, but strict cosmic rules prevent him from intervening himself, short of simply halting distribution to a specific place until the matter's resolved. But it being a big multiverse and with some denizens of it extra more reliant to magic the others to the point of literal survival, even that is not always the best option. As such, he was made to watch in in gloom as his gift gets misrepresented or mishandled in the multiverse, of which has often breed either Those that want magic's blunt removal or sometimes the rise of Unsolicited "Successors" that compromise cosmic balance and force Cosmic Intervention to prevent it, something of which Thaumorpheus, in coming to be aware of things Outers normally avoided, had always been dishearten about and thus why he "Doesn't really get into Outer Politics". He had personally hoped to find someone as caring to magic as he is to properly represent the good it can do. And eventually, perhaps in a less then perfect way, He found it.

In being the creator of the Magic Realms, Thaumorpheus made himself greatly more exposed to the magic realms' side-effects in having becoming it's ever present caretaker an owner. By default, Thaumorpheus became an outer experiencing an extreme case of emotion-highs, an effect Outers go through when not adhering to their strict standards of amorality, and as a consequence Thaumorpheus is rather much the most eccentric and emotionally aware Outer in the SAF Multiverse. As such, this has opened him up to experience emotions, empathy, and many other things normally rare by design to the Intendeds lest it turns them into defects, hence why the Cosmic Citadel takes care to pay EXTREMELY close attention to him cause of going into levels not known to even proven defects and deviants. When not in a specific form meant to be "Easier to Comprehend to mortals", Thaumorpheus' emotions is very easily represented by even his own cape, the standard flare with Amoral One Creators. At first glace in the normal form when he is calm and collective, the cape offers no features, but when under emotions, patterns appear that reflect those emotions, teardrops for sadness, a red star meant to simulate those anger-vein things on anime characters when mad or in a bad fit, a literal happy face on when he's REALLY happy, and basically a question mark when curious or confused as the prime examples, and sometimes these emotions burst out additional magical during the fit, hence why the Cosmic Citadel has been asking him to keep his cool as much as possible, thus why he has engaged with meditating alot of the time. This meditation is also apart of his job as the Magical Elder, being how he distributes magic to the Multiverse. Cause of this, his power and the over all forebareing of magic made him a revered entity throughout the magic community in each and every part of the Multiverse, earning reverence and love even in dimensions otherwise not cheery at Outers at the moment nor concurrently, even in the Demon Realms, the most aggressive realm at outers, has much due respect for Thaumorpheus' over all existence as "The One Outer we DON'T think is lousy", and as such has an equal reverence in Magic's subsidiaries in Chi, Super Powers, and at most the Non-Science Part of Imagination if there's an awareness to him.
