The Heroes Act bring in another deadly VA adversary, and make it back in time for Peace Day, a Human-Rabodan holiday which celebrates the truce between the AUU Humans and the Rabodans at the end of the Human-Rabodan War. When showing sympathy since the Rabodans are still upset that their human friends once again won't be joining them, Clifton starts to wonder why the humans haven't come back to fix everything they left behind? He thinks a lot about this and wonders why they just ran away instead of fighting. So he decides to convince some of the Heroes Act, as well as the Shell Lodgers, to come with him on a quest to find out. They go through the AUU Dimensional Portal, and enter The Tranquility Zone, the world where the AUU humans evacuated to. Not only does Clifton suddenly come across his childhood human friend, Noron Parakiner, but the rest are able to make it to the President of the TZ, Lord Mandarious and his advisor Grand Duke Kafar-Ja, who explain that they were forced out of their home when the Villains Act threatened a horrible punishment if they didn't. But things don't go so well when the Lodgers suspect that Kafar is possibly the one responsible after finding clues of his involvement. And not only do they learn more, but they also take the time to learn of what the humans were up to in the years following their evacuation. It all comes down to the final clue that Kafar was responsible for sending scout robots into the AUU for not only retrieving DNA from AUU animals and storing them in a DNA library called the BioCodex for cloning and populating, but for reporting what was going on in their old home, and how his reports have not been at all true, meaning that Kafar was truly up to no good. Turns out, he was another 'secret' founder of the Villains Act who prevented the humans from easily disbanding the Villains Act by making them turn-tail and run, and had attempted to make them oblivious to the truth by stating that the AUU was now in ruins. He had been trying to get the Lodgers and the Heroes Act to leave to avoid the humans discovering his deception, but they are getting close to doing so. Now our heroes must set things right, put Kafar in his place, and get the humans to come back and restore everything lost to the Alternate UUniverses for good.
