The Neohuman Race

The humans discover through strange new hybrid human weaponry that there's been an entire group of humans that refused to join their evacuation and have become part of UIS as a new race called the Neohumans, who are now Teadr 1.5 and are UIS' access to human power. These humans disowned their entire race for being 'cowards' and now live on a planet called Far Marbon. Their leader, Madame President Weiss Whitefield, is the strongest, smartest, and also a highly supportive to UIS, as well as Lord Mandarious' ex-girlfriend highly evolved and now much prettier and enhanced, and can do what he does. Thus Mandarious, still in love with Weiss, wants to do something nice for her despite her and her new race hating the regular humans now, and gets help from a defecting Neohuman named David DaBrock, his human girlfriend Jaina Tilbrook, and secret Quygan immigrant friend Tecwyn. Little do they know that while this is going on, a Neohuman supersoldier and one of the 10 partners of the commander-in-chief of the Neohuman Military Command leader Commander Stillman, named Commodore Ancel, is also in love with Weiss and aims to turn Mandarious and the humans against UIS so he can't see Weiss again. However, this love triangle ends up turning volitile when the Commodore ended up framing the humans for the act of wounding a young Cousin of Grand Mind, which not only resulted in the intended effect of making UIS think that the Humans were making an attempt at the life of one of he Grand Mind's family members, but an enraged Madam President accused the Neo Humans being apart of it since they DID came to see them after all! Weiss, already not pleased with Mandarious, now goes into full-bitch mode and desides to prove her innosence by declaring war against the normal humans and destroying their civilisation back to Teadr 7, breaking Mandarious heart for good. How will our heroes fix this?

• Kowalski: Well since they didn't leave, I guess the word, which means humans being together in a single community, is appropriate for, say, they must've assumed evacuating to another dimension is a cowardly act, and didn't want to leave, and instead became part of UIS to hide from the Villains Act and evolve independently.
• Lord Mandarious:... That's oddly specific.
• Kowalski: Just a wild guess.
• ???: But one that is 100% true. (A stunning beautiful Neohuman simular to Disney Hercules Hera appeared as everyone saluted her)
• Female: Hello, Alanor. Long time no see.
• Mandarious: (He was stunned silent at her beauty)... Uhhhhhhh, duuuuhhhh... Weiss? Is that really you?
• Clifton: Wait, you know her?
• Mandarious:... Long, touchy story. This is Weiss Whitefield. My... Ex-girlfriend. (This played)

• Mandarious: "Uhhhh, about that. Turns out...... Kafar was actselly a head founder of the VA, and.... Kinda, tricked me into doing it? So, if anything, that threat could've actselly had been empty either way...... (Nerviously laughs)....."
• Weiss: "..... Ugh, if it's not cowerice the original humans suffered, it's stupidity!"
• Gazelle: "So, wait.... If some humans had stayed behind and not took the VA seriously, then..... How come you never really took advantaged of the VA's confusion?"
• Weiss: "Well, in terms of actselly causing our extinction, we knew such to be a bluff. That didn't meant we wanted to be stupid and charge after them, only to be captured. They WERE still sucessful in taking down the HPA, after all."
• Xandy: "Well, yeah, but.... You guys could've been able to keep the morale of the USRA races from falling down and help keep worlds safe while discouraging the VA that their scare scam was a partical flop! So many lives could've been saved!"
• Weiss: "Oh please, short of an Allience like the USRA, it's races are abunch of useless has-beens. Naroudans are parasite-picking thumb twirlers who technically broke the law by being our first allies and introducing technology, Cunones couldn't fight their way out of a wet paper bag, a great contrast to the days where they fought the Vexxomites, Yuruns are filthy scavingers, Sabochans are imperialistic mutts, Ohrugans are rip-offs of us, Rabodans were once our enemies, Aufones are pasifistic wastes of space, Xuruns are emotionless blowhards, Uonans look like a collection of escaped circus freaks of our origin, Tiikens are just un-naterol with that three personality thing, and Yaterons..... Well, they just don't live up to the hype anymore. Espeically if that hype was based on poor decidtions and bloodshed. "

(Turns off the wrist blade and the summoned turrets) And besides, I can't help it if people can't stomach on how much the USRA were not what people idolised them for. They killed off kings and allowed the birth of xenophobic guilds in the wake,"

• Weiss: "Imprisoned a misunderstood heroine because she couldn't trust technology,"
• Zosimo: "Hey, to be fair, Cranleen was kinda pushing it."
• Weiss: "The wrongful turning of an innocent planet with life on it into a garbage dump-"
• Miami: "Only because of a notorious idiot talking them into it. Also, THAT'S WHY UIS EXISTS, FOR PETAN'S SAKE!! That's litterally the first ever thing any UIS race would use!"
• Weiss: "AHEM?! And need I explain that many acts of imprisoning races into stagnation-causing Exile Shields, banishment into their home systems to never advance, GENOCIDE in a worse case scenario?!..... It is honestly any wonder why my good friend C'oldas and the magnificent Grandmind don't want those idiots to see those isolated systems?"
• Thunderclap: "..... Uhhhh, Mandarious, ya SURE you're, or, at least, were, into this chick? She's, kinda, abit of a bit- (Weiss pointed just the lazer wrist blade at a screaming Thunderclap as he kept his wings out of reach?!)"
• Mandarious: "Guys, I'll handle this.... Weiss, calm down.... (Weiss deactivated the blade again)...... I, noticed that you have changed a lot. Whether for the better, or for the worse, it's kinda..... 50/50. I mean, physically you're wonderful, but..... The personality department.... Well.... It leaves, a LOT, to be desired. • Weiss: "..... Are you trying to imply, that a group that is trying to protect systems of the USRA's rampant stupidity, to be a bad influence?!"
• Mandarious: "Duh, well, I meant, in terms of point-of-views! I mean, by all means, giving isolated systems independence is not a, completely bad thing!"
• Lord Shen: "(Quietly) If though misguided, and HAS unintentionally backfired in some areas. (Weiss points the lazer wrist blade at Shen)..... (Openly) May I kindly make a request?..... WILL YOU STOP DOING THAT!?"
• Icky: Not so great when you're on the buisness end of a deadly blade, eh Shen?

• Madam President: "Well, this time, it was an expected inevitability. After all, the Neos were once normal humans after all. We're only surprised the originals didn't discover about them sooner, the moment they returned no less. But goes to show how superior our isolation powers can be."
• Weiss: "(Quietly and coldly) And how incompetent a certain someone is. (Gives a cold stare to Mandarious)."
• Grandmind: "We came here to join a commemoration of the Neos' devotion to UIS and independence. And, we are planning to finally accept the Neos into UIS membership as our top independence enforcers. Especially in light of.... Unfortunate instances of systems getting known."
• Weiss: "Oh Grandmind, you're too kind."
• Duke: "Oh, I see...... You're going to become their guard dogs, is that it? (Points the Lazer Wrist at Duke, but Gazelle knocked it off with the Uniter blade)...."
• Gazelle: "..... You were asked to stop doing that......"
• Weiss: "..... So..... You must be the "space messiah" Madam President referenced when we had our chats. You really are quick to disrespect your superiors."
• Xandy: "But in all seriousness, Miss Weiss..... You're going to serve UIS? Why? You were once a part of something you should've been proud off! Why serve UIS? All they do is isolate systems without the context of whether or not it's a necessarily good thing!"
• Weiss: "Tch, like the early part of our conversation wasn't indicative enough, let alone the glory of our Neohuman socity without Mandarious' humans slowing us down? Last-gen humans chose to be cowards at the face of an empty threat! We had hoped by teaming up with UIS, a VASTLY-superior-in-every-way alliance, we could've been the force that takes down the VA for good, redeem the human name, and make UIS the new rulers of the UUniverses.. I mean well, we tecnecally already were running everything in the universes, but the one annoying benefit the USRA had was misguided admiration that slaying the VA would've rightfully cured...... Then you misfits showed up and prematurely killed off our infestation problem before we were ready. We needed at least one more year before UIS could've struck down the VA but good!"
• Clifton: "What exactly makes you so confident you could've been able to handle the VA while in that winning streak they were on? They were basically an illegit empire with a powerful head huncho in Qui. What hope did you guys have in standing up to that?"
• Weiss: "Political intrigue, espionage, sabotage, anonymously exposure, and if need be..... Brutal confrontional force. Those were our best weapons against the VA had they been allowed to live past that fateful year. Espeically after UIS's secret war with a corolition of USRA fanboys that teamed up with the VA, and failed miserably, and how I was able to have slain their leader, "The Hound of De-Isolation", before the cowerdly Sabu was able to warn the VA of our existence, and thus robbed them of their joy of having managed to barely slip trough the cracks of the Karnavora's blockade."
• Zosimo: "Well, ya only won because it was mainly just the Pro-USRA corolition you fought, not the VA themselves. UIS fought dime-a-dozens wingnuts like that before."
• Weiss: "But nonetheless, the VA were rightfully cautious to not tempt our judgement again. They hadn't tried again since, reckindising that they were not yet strong enough to even stand a chance, and had one more year passed.... We've wouldn't've let them."
• Clifton: "..... Actselly, based on what and what you said earlier, those actselly, do sound like good stragities."
• Weiss: "They could've been..... But, at least we can focus on the next best thing: Being what UIS needs to finally get the UUniverses to show real respect to them."
• Iago: "Ya mean, make UIS as mainstream as the USRA was?"
• Weiss: "Well, yes. When the UUniverses sees how better and advanced the Neohumans are, all of the systems will be MORE interested in the next generation, and forget about the old ones."
• Skipper: "Pffft! Lady, do you seriously believe the UUniversal communities would be that crass and shallow?"
• Weiss: "Hmmm, gee, why don't we ask things like.... The Weavoids? The Vexxomites? The Qyzmeths? The Phends? Pretty much any race that has acted uncouth or even lacks a min-ute detail of vain beauty? And need I bring in the Sea Squirl fiasco?"
• Xandy: "OH, CAN YOU NOT, LADY?!?"
• Weiss: "What they all have in common is this: Yes! The UUniverses ARE that crass, and shallow, if not also vain! It would matter little to those not insane devoted worshippers of a defuncted allience that exspearenced a VERY late rebirth on how many preferable deeds the last-gen humans did! We Neos, can do those same things, but better, smarter, and without someone having to be harmed beyond an individualistic scale! Our tech is better, our biology is better, our determination and intelligence is better! And also...... Our alien alliance is better! We will soon see a united universes more encouraged to be MORE independent then ever before!"
• Zosimo: "But, the last time the USRA went out of sytile, everything broke into a war?! Ya know, The Interuniversal War!? IT KILLED TRILLIONS OF PEOPLE FOR GRAFATUS' SAKE!!!"
• Weiss: "Oh, don't worry! We'll fix that mess soon enough! We'll re-educate those that depended too much on a passé faction for too long to go back to rely on themselves. Sure, it may take time and some may be more, troubled, then others, but, with persistence, and FIRM diplomacy, I think we can pull it off."
• Mandarious: "..... Uh, Lougers, HA, a word in private?"

• Weiss: (Was seeing this via the same invisable UIS drone with Madam President, Vrex and Buuull, as Vrex and Buuull couldn't help but to laugh)..... At least there's one thing I still love about him. He's a laugh fest!

• Mandarious: HOW COULD SHE LET HERSELF BE ALIGNED WITH THESE GUYS?! THEY'RE A BAD INFLUENCE ON HER!!!!
• Lord Shen: "Calm down Mandarious. You know that UIS are not really as bad as USRA loving fanactics say they are."
• Mandarious: "(Sighs), I know, but, I'm not exactly fond of the idea of the Neohumans being UIS' way to get people to embrace their misguided ideals!"
• Sandy: "Well a lot of that was because she felt that you were being a yellow-belly at an obvious bluff! Espeically with Kafar in mind! Did you think he would really let his own race ACTSELLY be destroyed like that!? And even then, the VA were STILL relitively new! By all grounds, you still had the potaintional to really stop them before they got too far!"
• Mandarious: "I know, I know, but..... I'm worried that Weiss and UIS may be way over their heads here. What if this implanting of universeally accepted independence backfires? You saw what happens in those various isolated systems! I know UIS does learn from their mistakes, but, what if any reminents of those Aggressor Empire guys see that as an oppertunity to get their group back togather, or those Gamma Isolated System Pirates see this as a chance to get their leader back and restore that bot curse? Or worse, what if the Dark Radicals use this as an oppertunity to have an easier time to get a new VA-sytile reign in place? I mean, can we seriously be sure UIS can be able to balence their problems and ours as well in this balencing act of ineditable dishastor?!"
• Mr. Krabs: "Well, even so, there's very little we can do short of challnaging UIS and risk having them go to war with the Humans and the other USRA races for it."

Do not think the VA would be afraid of such an action if it means securing a better future without the tyranny of the Majority! Choose wisely, Mandarious."
• The Screens with the Secret Founders on it vanished off.
• Kafar: "...... Your highness, we may have to consider leaving."
• Weiss: "Tch, am I suprised that a weak spineless cowerd like you takes an obviously empty threat so seriously, Kafar?"
• Kafar: "Madame Weiss, those secret founders sound serious!"
• Weiss: "Oh please, they're still a relitively new force, they barely even have 10 or so planets in control, and they're nothing but a bunch of fanactics complaining about Majority rule. Surely Mandarious would never dare take their threat seriously."
• Kafar: "Confound it, Weiss, they basicly defeated the HPA like it was nothing! How can you NOT take that seriously?!"
• Weiss: "They likely took advantaged of the HPA's loopholes and weaknesses we failed to address. We simply need to make a Newer, and better, HPA, and take the VA head on. Out of any of the USRA races, we're the only ones capable to get things done! Let's be honest, without he USRA, the other races are not as determined and would be hopeless without us!"
• Kafar: "You would risk our extinction, just because you don't have faith in our USRA allies being able to pick up the slack?"
• Weiss: "Well gee, weren't WE the only ones who made a Human Protection Agency? Unless there exists a Yateron Agency or any of the like for the other races, I do feel like we're the only real hope the universes have right now!"
• Kafar: Must I remind you that I am the spokesperson of Mandarious?
• Weiss: Well don't take my word for it. Ask Alanor! He doesn't run from anything!
• Kafar: Is that so? Then Mandarious will make the desiding point! (Mandarious was seen nervious about this)
• (Mandarious): But as you can imagine, what happened next broke us apart.
• Weiss: WHAT DO YOU MEAN HE'S RIGHT?!?
• Mandarious: Honey, I don't want to believe it either, but what if the threat isn't as empty as you think? I mean, don't get me wrong, it is a strech they would be currently capable of making us go extinct, but.... What if they don't nessersarly need to? They could just as much make us endangered to the point of being a non-issue! Whether the case, if this is a matter of life and death, the risk is just too great.
• Kafar: "Thank you, Mandarious.... Now, I'm off to make the preperations. (Leaves smuggly)..."
• Weiss:..... Risk too great? Are you joking? Risk is what makes us who we are! Running away from something like this? This is NOT us! Where's the Mandarious I love?
• Mandarious: He's, duh, I'm, still here, it's just.... I'm also, cautious about it. I'm sorry, I really am, but this is not a risk even we humans can take. Some risks just aren't worth taking. This is what I must do for the human race.
• Weiss:... So that's it? You're just giving up? And to a bunch of relitively recent fanactics?
• Mandarious: "Mind you, they were able to congure at least nearly 10 or so planets and an entire system within the first week of their inception, AND beaten the HPA! For something that's relitively new and fresh, they ain't exactly pushovers!"
• Weiss: It's beginners' luck at best! And the HPA only failed because they weren't properly made to handle these albeit chrafty oppendents! We can make a better and stronger one!
• Mandarious: "Well, yes, but only for THAT to be taken down as swiftly too! It'll end up being a vicious cycle until the VA makes good on that threat, should it be earnest, I mean!"
• Weiss: What kind of president are you? We can be BETTER than this! We have technology! What do they have? A bunch of fanactics mad at how reality works and dislikers of majority rule! They've yet to have a proper sense of direction! We can still use that against them at least! You can't seriously think the other USRA races would be as effictent, do you?
• Mandarious: That's the problem. What if the VA has more then a horrendusly misguided idealogity behind them? We can't just fight something we don't know nothing about. It's not logical to charge blindly into a threat not knowing what it's capable of. You have to believe me, this is a losing situation to me, either retreat or die embarrisingly! Our reputation would take a nosedive eitherway!
• Weiss: SO YOU CHOOSE THE COWERD'S WAY?!
• Mandarious: "Err, try to view it more like.... "Emergeny Tactical Retreat", and, hope that the other USRA races can handle themselves?"
• Weiss: HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT?! WE DEFENDED THE UUNIVERSES FOR AS LONG AS WE CAN REMEMBER, AND MORE SO THEN THE OTHER USRA RACES WHO HAVE GONE INTO HASBEENTRY WHILE WE KEPT STRONG, HOW IS THIS ANY DIFFERENT?!
• Mandarious: Well it's not exactly like we dealt with a group that managed to be something the HPA fails to contained before! The HPA is usually IMPECCABLE at contending with rogue groups! This.... This is the first time we've met a serious failure. Another one would be dishastorious. It's also not logical to be overconfident about this one. I'm sorry! As president, we're retreating, and that's final!

• Mandarious: And I never saw her ever since. She didn't even come with us to the Tranquility Zone. In fact, not all humans were accounted for. I thought they had died, but... Now I know the real reason. They didn't want to leave either. Now..... I feel like an idiot for listening to Kafar like I did.
• Xandy: "Sir, you didn't know Kafar was pulling wool over your eyes."
• Mandarious: "Well, not knowing better doesn't change the fact that Weiss hated me for this, to the point that she joined UIS! Getting involved with them was no better then running away!"
• Lord Shen: "Well, obviously, she seems hellbent on joining UIS."
• Mandarious: "That's only because she thinks the USRA races had no hope in governing the Universes."
• Icky: "To be fair-"
• Mandarious: "BARRING, THOSE, UNFORTUNATE INSTINTES, I MEAN?! (Sighs).... Look, I can't pretend that the USRA was by all intents and purposes, a perfect force, but I like to believe our accomplishments outwaight any earnest mistake."
• Shifu: "Well her problem isn't with the USRA's past, though a facter in your strained bond, thanks to UIS.... It's because, the AUU Humans abandoned these universes. Kafar's malmitulation or not, you let all of those worlds down who were depending on your intervention.... And in term..... You let her down. She hoped you would've proved Kafar wrong.... • Mandarious: Oh that's just the light show! Try this! (He magically summoned ninja robots to attack Weiss as she got out a lightsaber staff and held her ground as he got into a combat mech)
• Weiss: (She sliced apart the ninja robots and saw the mech, magically duplicating herself around him) Come get some sugar! (They cartwheeled as he fired his pulse minigun until it ran out of ammo, and Weiss dropped the illusion) Nice try, mister president! (She magically got into a force field and ran off like a hamster ball as Mandarious deployed into an attack saucer from the mech and chased her with attack drones and she redirected the lasers back at the drones with her magic destroying them as Mandarious fired rockets that bounced Weiss across the area as she magically shifted it into a body-covering aura that blocked off the attacks) YOU JUST DON'T KNOW WHEN TO QUIT!! (She magically summoned these and robot soldiers)... And neither do I! (Mandarious destroyed the robots and Weiss cast laser turrets that fired at his attack saucer as he teleported and the two got into personal combat again)
• The Lougers and the HA, along with Chairmen Flabbs, Vrex, Buuull, Skor'nus and Beerbelli, were seen sitting down in randomly appeared theather seats and enjoying the show, while the Grand Council and Madam President stared in bewilderment.
