The One Who Is Above All

The One Who Is Above All, AKA Belabog and popularly known as God, was a primordial deity and the publicly accepted creator of the United Universes (Or at least officially considered so in grand design) with the use of Fantasian magic, which could turn fiction real. He eagerly governed the young UUniverses responsibly alongside a vast council of other creator gods for over 9 billion years until remains of their cosmic craft merged to become The Void, a self-aware entity of darkness and evil desiring total annihilation, came to threaten this balance. TOWIAA swiftly imprisoned The Void into a prison that would be known as Hell, under the guardianship of an archangel named Lucifer, not realizing that Lucifer, who saw too many flaws in their cosmic order to remain good and faithful, was power-hungry and corrupt. The Void took quick advantage of this and fused with Lucifer, transforming him into who is now known as Chernabog, corrupting the United Universes’ gods and angels, creating the Darkspawn and other entities like demons, Heartless, Nobodies, Unversed, and Dream Eaters, and waging the First Cartoonian War which overwhelmed the Council of Gods. With all lives at stake, TOWIAA had angels across the UUniverses gather great heroes and wizards for the great battle to come, culminating into the Dark Age of Mankind when TOWIAA and Chernabog made their final clash, regaining control over centuries until the Clash of Blades that forged the χ-blade, a weapon that defeated Chernabog once and for all, banishing him and his dark forces to Hell. But the battle diminished TOWIAA greatly, costing him the power, stature, and omnipresence he once held. Now he mainly exists as omniscience eyes in Heaven, all of which watch diligently for anymore remains of The Void besides Chernabog or other great evils.
