Wraith Goes Supervillainous

Grinchgrog may be gone, but that doesn't mean that everything he had is gone with him. Even though he was erased from existence, the corrupt souls he had such as Gasket or Gloom never became evil, and his evil inventions never came to reality, most of the power he had wasn't entirely wiped out. It turns out that the base originally belonged to Lord Kilopan during the Kratosian Civil War before Grinchgrog claimed it, technically meaning that Grinchgrog's power was Kilopan's power. Therefore, it was never wiped out, and instead, the hideout has been reduced to a dilapidated and partially-frozen ice cave since it was never properly taken care of since Kilopan's run-in with Corbin. And after spying on Algor and his superiors during a meeting about Grinchgrog's elimination, Wraith discovers that he might have hope after all after his last failure. He decides that he doesn't even need his Omega Rifle anymore, or anything better than it. Instead, he goes to the Tartarus Valley and rediscovers the old hideout, easily able to restore it to it's former glory, and claiming it as his very own. With all his new power, Wraith decides that he be a bigger supervillain than before and kidnaps his old assistant Vanora just for the sake of having revenge, since she's the one who cost him his life as a 'hero'. The Justic Teens will need the help of some obvious heroes in order to save the day again.
